Silver neck ring torque from Ethiopia, Horn of Africa

A substantial silver neck ring / torque from Ethiopia, Horn of Africa, attributed by form and decoration to Oromo or southern Ethiopian highland traditions, and dating to the  Hand-forged from solid silver with recurved hooked terminals and engraved geometric motifs, the piece reflects ceremonial or status adornment rather than utilitarian wear. The form, terminal construction, and engraving grammar closely align with museum-documented Ethiopian and Eritrean silver neck rings.
