Used domestically and in markets to measure rice or grain, with characteristic spiral and banded decoration typical of traditional Dhokra workmanship.
This Dhokra brass grain-measuring bowl crafted between 1920–1960 is encircled by meticulously incised bands, scalloped panels, and rhythmic linework, each pattern hand-shaped in wax before casting.
