The asymmetrical decoration is particularly notable, combining three raised transverse bands with a cluster of five spherical bosses on the opposing section. Comparable examples are documented as anklets and as objects associated with portable wealth and exchange in the region. \u003cspan class=\"\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIndividually cast by the lost-wax process, the anklet displays irregularities consistent with hand manufacture and an established surface of brown, reddish and localized green patination.
